Visibility only matters when the right people reach the right page

Many businesses appear for isolated searches but still receive too few suitable enquiries. The usual problem is not one missing keyword—it is the path from demand to page, proof and contact.

SEO and GEO connect that path: they help search engines and AI-assisted search understand which service you offer, where you offer it and why a potential customer should trust the answer.

What should improve

  • The right customer finds the right service page
  • The page answers decision-critical questions clearly
  • Your offer, location and evidence are consistent
  • Visibility and enquiries are measured in data sources you have authorised us to access

A clear path from search to enquiry

We focus the budget on one agreed market before adding more countries, regions or languages.

1. Understand demand

We assess what potential customers search for, which questions matter and where realistic demand exists.

2. Strengthen key pages

We prioritize the service pages that should explain your offer, build trust and lead to contact.

3. Measure progress

We review visibility, completed work and enquiries separately for the agreed target market.

What visibility and trust can demonstrably influence

The data describes general search and decision behaviour. It is useful planning evidence, not a forecast for one specific business.

28.5% at position 1 · 11% at position 3 · 2.5% at position 10

Average organic click-through rate declined with position in the analysed mobile Google results. SISTRIX also found material variation: search intent, ads and other SERP elements change the actual CTR.

85% more likely to use a business · 54% then check its website

Positive reviews influence further consideration and often lead to additional research. BrightLocal's 2026 survey covered 1,002 US adults; it describes general behaviour and should not be treated as a forecast for every market.

Six building blocks for sustainable visibility

The starting point determines the order. We work through the priorities that matter most for the agreed market.

Technical readiness & indexation

We identify barriers that prevent important pages from being crawled, understood or used reliably.

Search intent & page plan

We connect relevant demand with a clear page purpose instead of spreading one topic across competing pages.

Service pages that build trust

We sharpen offer, benefits, process, objections and calls to action for the people you want to reach.

Local visibility

For local projects, we align the website, location signals and approved business-profile information.

GEO & trust signals

We make services, facts, responsibility and evidence easier for people and AI-assisted search to understand.

Measurement & next priority

You receive documented work, understandable reporting and a clear next step based on available data.

See who will deliver the work before you decide

Review our work on published client websites, including the online shop for BAS Felgentechnik and the multilingual B2B website for AKE. These references demonstrate website delivery. Assessing SEO results also requires measurement data for search visibility, enquiries and the period covered.

Published client projects

BAS Felgentechnik presents wheels and wheel refurbishment services. The multilingual AKE website provides access to a B2B product catalogue. You can open the published websites from our portfolio page.

Your accounts, your data

Your website, Search Console, analytics and business profiles remain yours. Permissions are agreed to match the project scope.

Which scope fits your target area?

Package selection depends on target area, topic coverage, competition and monthly implementation scope. Local and Growth can cover the same area—even only one city such as Ingolstadt. Growth covers more agreed services and search intents there. International adds another country or language market. This offer is for business customers only. Prices are excl. VAT where applicable.

Local

€499 / month excl. VAT

Best fit if: You want to build one agreed group of closely related services step by step in one city or region.

Agreed scope: 1 website · 1 city or region · 1 language · 1 agreed group of closely related services

  • Assess local demand, key search intents and relevant competitors
  • Complete one clearly scoped implementation each month
  • Document completed changes, any trends visible in authorised data, and the next priority
Check Local fit

International

from €1,990 / month excl. VAT

Best fit if: You want to expand into one additional country or language market. Ongoing work in the existing market is included only if stated in the written proposal.

Agreed scope: 1 website · 1 additional target market · 1 agreed language

  • Assess demand, local search behaviour and competitors in the additional market
  • Plan the country, language and URL structure, including hreflang where required
  • Complete two clearly scoped implementations or one larger market-specific page or technical package each month
  • Report separately on completed work and any trends visible in authorised data for the additional market
Check international scope

One clearly scoped implementation

For example, improving one existing service page against the agreed acceptance criteria, resolving one defined technical issue, strengthening internal links for one topic or completing one approved change to the Google Business Profile.

One larger page or technical package

For example, researching, creating and publishing one new service or topic page, restructuring several related pages or delivering one technical change across several page types.

Example: a flooring contractor serving only Ingolstadt

Local builds one agreed group of closely related services step by step. Growth can cover the same Ingolstadt area but address several agreed services—such as parquet installation, parquet sanding, vinyl flooring or staircase renovation—with more monthly implementation and ongoing competitor monitoring.

Flexible: first invoice and following months

The first invoice has two items: the initial analysis with a 90-day plan from €490 excl. VAT plus the first monthly package. The analysis provides the baseline and plan; changes to the website or profile start with the monthly package. The first invoice therefore starts from €989 for Local, €1,680 for Growth and €2,480 for International. These are not recurring monthly prices. After that, the monthly rates are €499 for Local, from €1,190 for Growth and from €1,990 for International, excluding VAT. Under the flexible option, you may cancel at the end of any month.

12 months: initial analysis included

You agree to 12 monthly payments at the package price fixed in writing. The initial analysis is included for that scope. Additional services, target areas or languages are included only if agreed in a separate written proposal.

What determines the final price?

Competition, website condition, the number of agreed services and search intents, required new pages, target areas, languages and technical work. Before work starts, the monthly price, implementation scope, affected accounts and possible additional costs are fixed in writing.

Not automatically included: unlimited new pages or copy, further websites, target areas or languages, a full redesign, larger development work, professional translations, paid links or PR placements, photo and video production, hosting, licences, external tools, ad spend and other third-party services.

A written delivery boundary instead of an open-ended task list

Local includes one clearly scoped implementation per month. Growth and International include two clearly scoped implementations or one larger page or technical package. Affected URLs or areas, specific changes and acceptance criteria are agreed before work starts.

1. Set the priority

We select the action with the strongest evidence-led case for the agreed target market.

2. Deliver & document

You see the affected URL or area, the specific change and its status. Larger additions are agreed before work begins.

3. Review available data

We interpret data from sources you have authorised us to access and set the next priority without presenting third-party figures as our own results.

Example monthly report structure

  • Completed: URL or area, change, status and open dependencies
  • Search Console: impressions, clicks, CTR, queries and key landing pages when access and data exist
  • Enquiries: forms, calls and WhatsApp when privacy-compliant measurement is configured
  • Local: business profile and local signals only with access you authorise
  • Next step: one prioritized action with a short rationale

This is the report structure, not fabricated client data. We do not display invented metrics when authorised data is unavailable.

Establish the baseline, implement, then make an evidence-led decision

Days 1–30: Baseline and first delivery

We confirm access, measurement, the target area and priority services, establish the baseline and complete the first agreed implementation.

Days 31–60: Next delivery

The next work is completed according to the package scope and documented with URL, change, status and dependencies.

Days 61–90: Review

We review the trends visible in the available data and define the next priority. Visibility, enquiries and revenue are not guaranteed.

What businesses need to know before starting

Is SEO worthwhile for small businesses?

SEO can be worthwhile when potential customers search for your services, suitable projects are commercially viable for your business, and you can invest over several months. Search demand, competition, order value and the quality of your website matter. HK-Build starts the potential check with your main service and target market. We assess the value of ongoing work through qualified enquiries and resulting orders, where these are recorded.

How do I choose a suitable SEO agency?

Compare written proposals by target market, specific deliverables, monthly scope, responsibilities and cancellation terms. Ask how enquiries are measured and how results are interpreted. References should show the work actually delivered; a published website alone does not demonstrate SEO results. With HK-Build, your domain, accounts and data remain yours. Scope and additional services are agreed in advance.

Should I start with SEO or Google Ads?

Once ads are approved, Google Ads can bring visitors for selected searches relatively quickly and requires a separate advertising budget. SEO develops organic visibility and generally takes more time. To choose a starting point, we compare search demand, click costs, competition and the suitability of your landing page. With a limited budget, one clearly defined service takes priority. Both channels should be judged by relevant enquiries and orders.

How can my website appear as a source in ChatGPT answers?

A website can appear as a source in ChatGPT answers that use web search when its publicly accessible content matches the question and can be found by search. Clear service descriptions, transparent costs, understandable answers and verifiable project examples help readers evaluate the offer. HK-Build checks technical accessibility and improves relevant content. Whether ChatGPT selects a page depends on the particular question and answer; a mention cannot be guaranteed.

Is the Local package right for my business?

Local is designed for businesses that want to build one agreed group of closely related services step by step in one city or region. Growth can cover the same target area, but includes several agreed service and topic areas and more monthly implementation.

What is the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO improves organic discoverability in search engines. GEO makes content clearer, evidence-led and easier for AI-assisted search experiences to understand. Both rely on strong technical foundations, useful pages and credible information; there is no special AI markup that guarantees inclusion.

What happens each month?

Local includes one clearly scoped implementation per month. Growth and International include two clearly scoped implementations or one larger page or technical package. Before work starts, we define the affected URLs or areas, specific changes and acceptance criteria. You receive written documentation of the completed work and its status, an interpretation of the available data from authorised sources, and the next step.

Can Growth cover only one city such as Ingolstadt?

Yes. Local and Growth can cover the same target area. Growth is suitable when more services and search intents need coverage within that city, competition is stronger or more monthly implementation is required.

How is monthly delivery scoped?

One clearly scoped implementation could improve an existing service page against agreed acceptance criteria, resolve one defined technical issue, strengthen internal linking for one topic or complete one approved change to the Business Profile. A larger page or technical package could create a new service page or deliver one coordinated change across several pages. The exact scope is agreed in writing before work starts.

Does my website need to be rebuilt first?

Not automatically. If the technical foundation and existing pages can be improved sensibly, we work with the current website. If its limitations block the agreed goal, we explain that before the proposal; a rebuild is included only if stated in the written proposal.

What is free, and what does the €490 fee cover?

The free initial call only checks basic fit. The initial analysis, from €490 excl. VAT, provides a documented review of the website, target area, competition, services, search intents and measurement plus a prioritised 90-day plan. Changes to the website or profile start with the monthly package. Under the flexible option, the analysis is added once to the first monthly payment: Local starts from €989, Growth from €1,680 and International from €2,480 excl. VAT. After that, only the agreed monthly price applies. The analysis is included for the written scope in the 12-month option.

What determines the final monthly price?

The starting price may increase when more service and topic areas, new pages, more extensive competitor analysis and monitoring, additional target areas, further languages or larger technical changes are agreed. The monthly price, scope and additional costs are fixed in writing before work starts.

How quickly will results appear?

A fixed timeline would be misleading. The baseline, competition, implementation, content, demand and reprocessing by search systems all affect progress. We record starting values, completed work and the changes visible in data sources you have authorised us to access.

Do you guarantee rankings or citations in AI-generated answers?

No. Google and AI-assisted search platforms decide whether, when and where a page is shown or cited. We commit to the agreed work, transparent reporting and account ownership, not fixed positions. There is no ranking guarantee, AI-citation guarantee, lead guarantee or revenue guarantee.

Which access permissions are required?

Depending on scope, we need access you authorise to the website, Google Search Console, web analytics and possibly the Google Business Profile. Permissions are agreed in advance; accounts and data remain yours. External profile changes only happen after your approval.
